We had our regular caterers and "spirits dispensers," Walt and Marion. The theme was a Monte Carlo night with games of chance, slots, poker, roulette and a crap table. No money was involved; we used tickets handed out at the door. Chuck thanked everyone for coming and agreed to chair this committee this year, too.

Old Business: Alice Atkins, The Write Design, reminded everyone to check the web site which is changing monthly and to look for a NewsFlash before next month's meeting. Also, look for new information on HESP and job postings. Alice will soon launch our new membership drive, which will target educational, health care and nursing home facilities.

New Business: Dan Procupp asked that we all try to help with lining up sponsors for the coming year. Dan, also, passed along his niece's gratitude for the gift card from HESP during her recent hospitalization. She is back home and doing well.
