Automated Enhance Systems Co., Inc. - automatic
Door Safety: With the ongoing concerns pertaining to litigation,
automatic door safety needs to be elevated on the list of
priorities for all facilities departments.
Recent A.N.S.I. standard changes are requiring
more defined detection patterns for safety sensors to insure
safety. Besam has even developed a concealed sensor application
which "talks" to the door controller to insure a
safer application.
An easy way to insure door safety is to follow
the daily safety check lists which are attached to the door
jams of every automatic door. These lists help you to determine
the activate and safety patterns of the door to insure a safer
application and require a minimal amount of time to implement.
- Automated Entrance Systems, Co., Inc., Ken Nowak, Sales
Representative.
Delval Equipment Corp. - Delval Equipment Corp.,
represented by Bob Schell, Bob Weber, and Con Gerber, presented
a brief outline on Delval's 50+ years, service capabilities,
and pressure vessel repair service.
A cleaver-Brooks HAWK ICS Programmable Logic
Controller Demo unit was on display with touch screen 10"
color monitor, and everyone was shown how to make all boiler
control adjustments from this monitor.
Several people got to use the switches and
controllers to put the HAWK ICS through its paces. For further
information, call Bob, Bob, or Don at 724-743-0410.
