Description: General maintenance mechanic duties as assigned by a Maintenance Supervisor in all phases of building operations and repair (areas of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting and repair system related to HVAC and general construction).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; , minimum 5 yr exp. as Maintenance Mechanic - General I; Pennsylvania Driver's License Class I; Stationary Engineer "A" license, City of Pittsburgh; ability to perform maintenance mechanic duties in all phases of building operations and repair.
