How to Sponsor a HESP Monthly Meeting
Sponsoring a HESP monthly meeting is a great way to get your company name out to our membership. We want you to know how simple it is to sponsor a meeting. Here's a few simple steps:
1. Select an available meeting date. (Check dates)
Do this by contacting Dan Procupp at 724-250-6099 or Roy Brunner at 412-824-8679.
Remember, meetings are always the first Tuesday of every month except for July and August.
2. Confirm your requested sponsorship date by:
- Completing the Sponsorship form (click here to view ).
- Reviewing the Menu selections (click here to view ).
- And submitting them 45 Days Before the meeting date via E–Mail or fax to:

It is imperative to meet this registration deadline so that your Company’s speakers and topic of education can be included in our newsletter and on the HESP web site.
3. 30 Days before the meeting date:
- Submit a $275 non-refundable check payable to:
The American Serbian Club of Pittsburgh.
- Submit a non-refundable down payment of $700 (small buffet), $805 (medium buffet) or $945 (full buffet) to the caterer. Please make the check payable to: Duane Gojsovich.
- Mail both checks to

Any additional charges based on attendance and / or previous agreement will be billed separately after the completion of your educational presentation. The exact “bill to” person and address must be provided on the HESP MEETING SPONSOR / SPEAKER / TOPIC form
A public address system and a large overhead screen are provided to assist you in your presentation. Any additional presentation equipment required is your company’s responsibility.
